Program Concluded

Program Description

This program is part of the collaborative series between Garland County Library and Hot Springs National Park, and can be attended in-person or watched via livestream on the Library’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/user/GarlandCoLibrary or the Garland County Library Facebook page.

With almost 200 years as a park, Hot Springs preserves nearly 700,000 items in the museum collections! HOSP Curator Tim Hill will discuss caring for the natural history specimens, including mammal specimens, herbarium species, and geological findings, and cultural materials like architectural objects, fine art, and oral histories. Come join Ranger Hill and enjoy the museum items that  he will use to showcase the park's history.
