Musical Art Form Concert: Celtic Breeze Band

A delightful blend of Irish/Scottish and American Folk Music awaits you at this concert that the whole family will enjoy!

Traditional Irish and Scottish tunes along with American folk songs make up the eclectic playlist of the Celtic Breeze Band. While the primary aim of the Band is entertainment, it is hoped that the music will instill an appreciation of the debt that much modern music owes to it's Celtic roots.

Celtic Breeze Band was formed in 2005 primarily to play traditional music at the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View, Arkansas. Since then the Band has performed at venues as varied as the Scottish Festival at Lyon College, Batesville, Arkansas, and Celtic In the Caverns in the Great Cathedral Room at Blanchard Caverns near Mountain View, as well as many more traditional concert venues.

In 2014 the Celtic Breeze Band was chosen for inclusion on the Artist On Tour roster of the Arkansas Arts Council, an Honor which allows non-profit organizations to receive partial reimbursement for band fees.

In 2020 Celtic Breeze Band relocated to the Hot Springs area where they have performed in several festivals as well as at private functions.
