Program Description
In collaboration with the Oaklawn Center on Aging, Ageless Grace for Life Long Comfort and Ease is also a brain health program. The movements, which are performed in a chair, focus on the healthy longevity of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Each of the 21 Tools focuses on different anti-aging techniques, e.g., joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, bone density, muscle mass, cognitive function, fall prevention, systemic stimulation, balance, confidence, and playfulness.
