This program series is sponsored by the Garland County Historical Society in collaboration with the Garland County Library.

Wildlife writer/photographer and retired university professor Jerry Butler examines Hot Springs’ long, notable birdwatching history, from the days when John J. Audubon yearned to paint Hot Springs birds to modern sightings of avian rarities and the city’s emergence as a mid-South birdwatching hub.
