President of the Garland County Historical Society, historian and writer Ron Fuller reveals the legends and the truth behind the Jack Tar Courts and Hotel, landmarks of Park Avenue in the 1940s and 1950s, as he tells how Vance Bryan's vision changed the face of Hot Springs.
