Program Description
On Wednesday, April 22, the City of Hot Springs Urban Forestry and Stormwater divisions will distribute tree seedlings to the public, at 11am, at the Garland County Library, in honor of Arbor Day.
Tree species TBA. Seedlings are limited to 3 per person.
