Program Description
Discover the many benefits of Tai Chi with instructor Jerry Matlock, who has been studying, practicing, and teaching Tai Chi for over 35 years. Our program is based on the Tai Chi for Health Institute’s evidence-based Sun Style Tai Chi — a gentle, accessible form designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Whether you are new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, this program is open to all and focuses on enhancing health and quality of life through mindful movement and relaxation.
