Beginner’s Beekeeping Class: Beekeeping Basics

Program Description
This class is hosted by Greater Hot Springs Beekeepers Association, in partnership with Garland County Extension Service. This class will cover how honeybee colonies work and the bee life cycle, how to use the basic beekeeping equipment, and threats to honeybee health, plus Q&A sessions with local experienced beekeepers. A hands-on afternoon session will be offered if weather permits.
Cost for each class is $10 per person and can be paid at the door to the Greater Hot Springs Beekeepers Association.
