Program Description

With an emphasis on mindfulness, strength, balance, and flexibility, yoga is a gentle and relaxing form of exercise that is beneficial and accessible to all people. Our Yoga Club aims to bring new and existing yogis together to learn and share their practice in a calming environment.

This series is open to all and will aim to practice various different types of yoga each meeting. The exercise will be followed by a short (optional) discussion segment to foster community and share skills among one another. 

If you're looking to discover your new favorite exercise or meet others passionate about yoga; Yoga club is the place to be!

A limited number of yoga mats will be provided on a first come first served basis. You are welcome (& encouraged) to bring your own mats if possible.

Registrations

There's no need to register for this program. Just meet us at Garland County Library.
