Program Description
Meet the Newmans is set in 1964 Los Angeles and follows America’s favorite TV family — Del and Dinah Newman and their sons Guy and Shep — who have for years presented a picture‑perfect life on screen. But behind the scenes, things are unraveling: the show’s ratings are plummeting, relationships are straining, secrets are mounting, and identity crises are growing. When Del is injured in a mysterious car accident, Dinah, desperate to keep the family’s image and their legacy intact, recruits a journalist, Juliet Dunne, to help write the show’s final episode. As they do, the family must confront what it really means to be a family — and what price they’ve paid for perfection.
