Program Description
With the rise of grocery prices, it can be hard to shop for yourself and your family on a tight budget. The Literacy Council of the Ouachitas is partnering with the Garland County Cooperative Extension Service and the Garland County Library to offer this free class that will give you the tools to know how to shop for and make healthy meals, even with limited funds and time.

Tuesday, December 2nd - 12:00pm-1:30pm OR Wednesday, December 10th - 4:00pm-5:30pm
