Program Description

Greetings, all you boils, ghouls, and non-boo-nary folks! If you've ever wanted to dip your toe into the murky waters of horror movies but didn't know where to start, this program series is for you - though seasoned horror hounds are welcome as well, of course! Each week in October, we'll be showing a different landmark horror film along with a brief presentation about that movie and its place in the horror canon. Popcorn, snacks, and drinks will be provided!

This week, we're showing the movie that gave the modern zombie as we know it - y'know, undead corpses that hunger for the flesh of the living? You've heard of 'em. Now see where they got started on that one gruesome night in 1968...
